Unique Challenges
- Roof had Coating on it so no other coating would adhere properly
- Multiple leaks
- Roof needed done in the middle of winter because of leaking problems
- Only other option was complete tear off and installing new metal in the middle of the winter

- Installed 1.5’’ of iso board
- Installed 60 MILL PVC Membrane
